Troy started building homes in 1979, and has built more than 1800 residential and multifamily homes. Bellah Homes developed innovative techniques to build housing better and more efficient, as well as designing custom floor plans and exterior treatments.
As one of the first home builders in the Greater Kansas City area to earn approval from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Troy holds a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation, the highest designation available through the National Association of Home Builders.
